Inspirational and Empowering Women

Oanh (Anne) Nguyen: Anne was born in Vietnam and came to Australia as a refugee with my parents and younger sister when she was 3. Growing up Anne had many interests and enjoyed the outdoors. As a Girl Guide she was exposed to camping and hiking, she enjoyed Vo Vi Nam, a form of martial arts originating in Vietnam and I also played soccer for a local team. Anne joined a gym, and later through the suggestion of a friend became a Group Fitness Instructor and eventually became a qualified Persoanl Trainer. Anne writes what she knows through her own research/ readings. having a professional background as a medical scientist also allows her to have great attention to detail. Every exercise and nutritional advice that is placed on this blog Anne swears by and actually implement in her every day life. So we hope you can get something out of this page.
